Return Policy

Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery date in unused and unopened condition. Items that have been opened or used will not be accepted for return. Please email thesmritidesigns@gmail.com with your order # and reason for return.

The cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from the total return amount.

Custom orders cannot be returned. No exceptions. Please contact me directly if there are any issues with your custom order.
